ORDER POLICY: Each item listed on the web are limited stock, most are one of a kind, and may already be sold. If already sold, I can create a new piece, it will be similar to the item displayed. Due to the uniqueness of each size, shape and usability of the piece of material selected for use will determine the final design and look of each piece.
Shipping
Once your order is received, we calculate the shipping cost and submit it to you for final approval. We ship smaller orders that meet size and weight limitations by UPS (United Postal Service). For over-sized orders, we can either schedule a delivery or arrange shipping by commercial carrier. Overseas orders must be inspected and crated. When we think shipping, we think creatively. Let us know your needs.
Payment Methods
I accept payment by cash or check. If payment by check, then must clear bank before shipping.
Credit cards accepted with PayPal invoice.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All commissioned items will require a 25% down payment before start of project. Payment is due upon completion of the item. If client refuses item, customer forfeits the down payment. Contact Frank Wallis to discuss price and availability.
